The Remainers LIVE at the Troubadour 8/4/12

Old Bro Jason Lautenschleger (EpSig 1320), bass player for local LA band The Remainers, sent in the following about their continuing adventures in the LA music scene, as well as news of an opportunity to see them LIVE on 8/4/12 at the world famous Troubadour in Hollywood .....

Just keeping everyone abreast on the latest Remainers activity. For the Old Bros in the LA area, this could be a fun way for some guys to get together:

We're starting to record new songs this week and we want to test out how they fit in your earholes.  Oh, and if you don't make this show, you will be sad.

1) It's on a Saturday night,  August 4th, 2012.  (There go half your excuses)

2) It's not even late.  We start playing at 9:30pm and most of you can be home in time for the SNL (spoiler alert!) rerun.

3) It's at The Troubadour!!  Quite possibly my favorite venue in LA.  (Factoid: Elton John's first live US performance was there)

4) Mostly new songs! And if the exclamation point didn't give it away, we're really excited about them.  Of course we'll play some familiar ones too.

Tickets are $12 up front and $15 at the door.  To cut down on the Ticket Agent surcharges, we've worked it out to sell our own tickets via PayPal and we'll hold them for you at the box office.  Fiddy cents is much better than 8 dollars in fees.  The only downside to this is that we are limited to 100 presale this way.  Just click below on the number of tickets you want (of course you can get more than 4 in multiple transactions) and bring your receipt to the box office!

2 Tickets
3 Tickets
4 Tickets

If, for any reason those don't work, let me know and we'll work it out.

OK, Old Bros, plug this info into that already crowded calendar app of yours and make it down to the Troubadour to support Jason and the band ......
